Q: Why use our Services?
A: The purchase of a new home or other real estate is one of most costly investments anyone can make. It is extremely important to know all you can as the primary investor and to be aware of all you are getting for your money.
A home inspection is great tool for you in helping you determine both the condition of the home as well as helping you foresee any immediate unnecessary additional cost. Home inspections are not a prediction of future performance but can pinpoint existing problem areas and help you make educated decisions.
Q: Why can't I have someone in my family who is very handy or a contractor, inspect my new home?
A: Although the person you are considering may be very skilled, if they are not licensed as a Professional Home Inspector they may miss some details that professionals are licensed to inspect. Every year new laws and regulations are put into place to protect consumers from various hazards that once were allowed but are no longer. Professional inspectors are licensed and trained to know and recognize these hazards and will site these issues in your inspection report. At A&A Pro Inspection Services we are current in all licensing and certifications to continue to keep our customers safe and protect their investments.
Q: What if I have questions after the inspection?
A: You can call us and discuss all the aspects of your inspection report. Our service is a long-term investment and we guarantee great customer service.
Q: What type of report will I receive?
A: We provide type written reports formatted to the state standards. The report will provide photos taken during the inspection with details on the items inspected enabling you to make an informed decision.
Q: Why are some inspection fees more expensive than others?
A: Fees will vary depending on inspection services selected. The property you are purchasing is of great value and your inspection done by an A&A Professional Inspector should offer great value as well.
