A Basic Mold Inspection is performed for clients that want us to inspect one room in their home for possible mold growth. This is for clients who suspect mold in a certain room and want a mold inspection report for that room. If the consultant sees damage beyond a specific room, we will recommend a complete mold inspection.

The Basic Mold Inspection includes:

  • a mold lab analysis report

  • one free sample test - choose from either air quality, tape or swab sample

We offer simple sample tests to clients. We will go to the area of your home that you suspect has mold growth, get the samples needed and submit them to the lab for results. This is NOT a mold inspection but just a testing sample run for you. Once we receive the lab results, we will give you a brief summary of the results. Mold sample testing includes:

  • a phone conversation to discuss the results
